TATTOO DEPOSIT

Note: A deposit is not required until the artist and client agree to the project and the appointment date & time.

Deposit Policy:

By placing this deposit you agree to the following:

  • The client understands that the deposit given is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • The client understands that the deposit will be forfeited if they cancel or decide not to get the design agreed upon. The client will email davedaruart@gmail.com to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment.

  • The client understands that the desposit will be applied to the total cost of the tattoo.

  • The client understands that, to protect the artist's design, the artist will not send the design before the day of the appointment. The design will be reviewed the day of the appointment and only minor changes may be accomodated at that time. Major changes will result in the tattoo needing to be rescheduled.
